About the role
Our Procurement Data Contract & Hub team, composed of 8 people, is integrated in the Procurement Service Line department and focuses on implementing contractual terms in collaboration with other Procurement Service Line teams.
As a Procurement Data Operations, you will work on maintaining pricing, contract and the purchase information record database, issue related source lists, service master database and e-catalogs to support Procurement and Supply Chain. You will get the opportunity to contribute to the data quality and positively impact the Procurement Service Line ecosystem.
You will be accountable for:
Implementing contractual terms negotiated by the buyers such as pricing conditions, payment terms (within SAP environment)
Keeping up to date pricing as well as logistics operational data such as transit time, lead time
Maintaining the contract and the purchase information record database, issue related source lists
Maintaining the service master database,Maintaining e-catalogues
Analysing issues related to and to contact buyers to sort them out, Analysing issues related to shipment costs, logistics vendor invoices and contract implementation and propose corrective actions
We offer a permanent contract based on hybrid working mode.
About you
Relevant education degree or equivalent in Logistics, Purchasing or Information Technology.
Relevant 2~5 years work experience in Logistics or Procure-to-Pay is a plus.

Ability to support continuous improvement, process efficiency and data quality
Work autonomously
Organisational, prioritisation and time management skills
English and Chinese (fluent both written and spoken), Other languages such as French, German, Portuguese are a plus

About the pay and benefits
Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the Bangkok base pay reasonably expected for this role is monthly 37,156 to 46,446 THB, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
