Human Resources Site Trainee (F/M/X) - 12 Months Internship

About the role

 

Our Human Resources team, composed of 3 people, is integrated in the Human Resources department and focuses on all HR topics for our Global Business Services in Carnaxide in collaboration with the Site HR Generalist and the Site HR Partner. As a Site HR Trainee, you will work on several HR administrative tasks and projects, meeting daily objectives. You will get the opportunity to contribute to a stronger company culture and have a positive impact on the 500 employees who are part of our company in Lisbon. 

 

You will be accountable for: 

  • Management of HR Benefits such as Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Lunch Allowance card and Labour medicine
  • Participate in weekly HR meetings
  • Contribute to the improvement and innovation of internal procedures
  • Join ongoing projects in our system - SAP SuccessFactors
  • Perform monthly reports

 

We offer an internship (12 months) contract based on a hybrid working mode.

 

About you

Relevant education degree or equivalent in Human Resources. 

 

Competencies:

  • Fluency in English (both written and oral)
  • Proficiency in IT tools (Microsoft and Google)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

About the pay

 

Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. Portugal’s base pay expected for this role ranges from 940 EUR to 1040 EUR, depending on your academic degree. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes lunch allowance, home office allowance and discounts with partner companies.
