Robot Process Automation Developer Trainee (F/M/X)

About the role

 

Our RPA team is part of the Digital Technology entity and provides services to the entire Solvay group.

As an RPA Developer Trainee, you will support the RPA development team in the daily operational tasks. You will get the opportunity to contribute to improve our services to the end user, participate in new tools implementation, and have a positive impact on the overall RPA development across Solvay.

 

You will be accountable for:

  • Analyze and fix issues within RPA automations
  • Incident resolution analysis
  • Assist on the implementation of new tools to improve RPA ways of working

 

We offer an internship (12 months) contract based on hybrid working mode.

 

About you

 

Relevant education degree or equivalent in Engineering or Mathematics.

 

  • Competencies:

    • Preferential knowledge of at least one programming language (C#, VB.Net, or other) 

    • Fluent English (with strong written and oral communication skills) 

 

  • Behaviors:

    • Capacity to learn and adapt to constantly evolving technologies

    • Good analysis and problem-solving skills

    • Team player

 

About the pay

 

Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. Portugal’s base pay expected for this role ranges from 950 EUR to 1050 EUR, depending on your academic degree. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes lunch allowance, home office allowance and discounts with partner companies.
