Internship (4-6 months) - Customer Service Representative (F/M/X)

About the role

  • Our Customer Service team, composed of 4 people, is integrated in the Soda Ash Global Business Unit.
  • As a Customer Service Representative, you will work on managing orders and assisting clients to support the team.
  • You will be accountable for:
    • Order entry and tracking
    • Communication with customers, plants and sales managers
    • Promotion and implementation of e-commerce tools
    • Updating customer information
    • Claims management and order tracking
  • We offer an internship (4-6 months) contract based on hybrid working mode.

About you

  • Relevant education degree or equivalent in commerce or administration.
  • Relevant work experience in administration.
  • Competencies:
    • Computer skills (Google, SAP is a plus)
    • French is mandatory
    • English and Dutch are a plus
  • Behaviors:
    • Precise and detail-oriented
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a team
