Learning & Development Specialist (F/M/X)

About the role

  • As a Learning & Specialist, you will get the opportunity to contribute to our colleagues' development opportunities and have a positive impact in creating an inclusive workspace, fostering learning and innovation.
  • In collaboration with our colleagues in the L&D CoE (Corporate), People Services Operations team, and Digital Technology team.
  • You will be accountable for:
    • Process improvement & identification focusing on prioritized curriculum launches (Leadership, Industrial, Commercial)
    • Defining/ revising all necessary processes to enable company-wide learning academies launches
    • Coordinate adjustment of technology functionalities to meet process improvements needs.
    • Delivering on key activities for these curricula such as curricula learning Content management, completion recording, training assignment, training coordination, tracking and reporting
    • Setting up and managing the learning administrator community
    • Ensure with People Services support that relevant actions are taken according to plan
  • We offer a fixed-term contract (12 months) with the opportunity to extend it, based on hybrid working mode.

About you

  • You have a Masters or bachelor's degree ideally in (but not restricted to) Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Psychology or a related field.
  • A first experience in Learning & development and /or DEI is valued.
  • Competencies:
    • Experience with learning administration/coordination and with learning management systems (LMS)
    • Ability to design and implement processes aligned with the learning experience, administration, and delivery needs.
    • Strong project management and organizational skills, as well as communication and stakeholder management skills in a matrix environment.
    • Interest and proficiency in using Digital tools (e.g., AI, Google or MS Office Suite, Project management tooling).
    • Able to work with data to generate insights supporting decision-making
    • Fluency in English is a must. French or any other language is an asset.

About the pay and benefits

  • Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While Portugal's base pay reasonably expected for this role goes from 1700 EUR to 2100 EUR, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
