We are looking for:
- A strong Customer Service focused professional, dedicated to helping customers in the EMEA market (Europe, Middle-East, and Africa) by addressing their needs and exceeding their expectations. CSR acts to serve as a liaison between customers and other internal functions
We count on you for:
- To act as a main point of contact and be the “owner of the order” for customers within an assigned portfolio
- To manage effective and accurate order processing from order placement to delivery and invoicing
- To manage customer complaints and specific requirements
- To participate in continuous improvement activities and projects
You will bring:
- 2 years in a similar position
- Fluency in English
- Spanish or Italian are a plus
- Strong customer focus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Capacity to collaborate and work within a team
- Ability to work in a fast-moving, business-intense environment
- Problem-solving attitude
- Willingness to act pro-actively and identify opportunities for improvement
- SAP and Salesforce knowledge preferred
