About the role

  • Our Circularity team, is integrated in the Soda, Bicar & Derivatives GBU and focuses on business & new project developments.
  • As a Technical & R&I support for Circular Economy, you will work on project development & innovation to support new circularity loop & business development. You will get the opportunity to contribute to the process of tomorrow and have a positive impact on sustainability with a cradle to cradle approach.
  • You will be accountable for:
    • Understanding new technologies & potential improvement
    • Building & managing a network of universities & identifying the key competencies necessary for the projects
    • Manage lab & industrial trials
    • Supporting technically business development team in the discussion with potential customers & network of start ups
    • Project Management
      • Priorities, Dashboard tracking, Problem solving proposition, milestones, monitor costs, CAPEX & Resources
      • Coordinate a team of technicians depending projects
  • We offer a permanent contract based on hybrid working mode.

About you

  • Engineer with a phD in construction inorganics materials for construction or material for environment or equivalent
  • Relevant work experience in circularity research and technology. Knowledge in Cement, construction blocks materials & foaming agents is a strong plus.
  • Competencies:
    • Impact: ability to summarize complex projects
    • English & French: fluent. Other languages are a plus
    • Ability to discuss with customers.
  • Behaviors:

  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally up to 20% of the time
  • Should be based at Dombasle near Nancy preferably or Aubervilliers(FR)

About the pay and benefits

  • Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the primary country (France) base pay reasonably expected for this role is 62,000 euros to 78,000 euros, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
