Gifts, Entertainment, Charitable Donations and Sponsorship Policy
This Policy sets a framework of rules and procedures when exchanging Gifts and Entertainment; making Charitable Donations; and Sponsoring Events, including use of the Gifts and Entertainment Tracking System (GETS).
Human Rights in Business Policy
This Policy states Solvay’s strong commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility, including the protection and advancement of Human Rights, establishing the principles to ensure respect for human rights and due diligence requirements to avoid any infringement of, any adverse impact on or abuses of human rights.
Speak Up Policy
The purpose of this Policy is to encourage all our employees and business partners to raise their voice through our reporting channels regarding misconduct, illegal activities, and unethical behaviors which are in breach of our Group Policies, Code of Business Integrity or the laws.
Trade Compliance Policy
This Policy ensures compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to imports, exports, re-exports, transfers, brokering, transits, customs, boycotts, embargoes and sanctions, including financial sanctions and transactions, for all Solvay’ operations involving products, technologies (tangible / intangible data transfer inclusive of emails), software, services and payments.

Canada's Forced Labor and Child Labor Report for Solvay
This report has been prepared for the calendar year ended December 31, 2023, in compliance with Canada’s Fighting Against Forced Labour and Child Labour in Supply Chains Act (the “Act”) by Solvay Chemicals, Inc. (“Solvay Chemicals”), American Soda LLC (“American Soda”), and Solvay Fluorides, LLC (“Solvay Fluorides”).
UK Modern Slavery Statement 2023
This statement is made under the provisions of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 (the ‘Act’) and with reference to the guidelines issued from time to time by the Home Office. It sets forth steps taken by Solvay during the financial year to minimise the risk of any slavery or human trafficking, (together, ‘Modern Slavery’) taking place in any part of its business or in any of its supply chains. Modern Slavery encompasses slavery, servitude, human trafficking and forced labour.
